End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Infowallet LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Diet.AI and any modules you have purchased, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the software or its content; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; remove proprietary notices; or share your access with third parties.

3. Ownership

The software and all content remain the property of Infowallet LLC and its licensors. This Agreement grants a license only and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Content Modules

Premium content modules are digital deliverables made available within the app interface. Access to a purchased module is provided for as long as the module remains part of the service offering, subject to this Agreement.

5. Updates

Infowallet LLC may release updates, improvements, or changes to the software and its content. This Agreement applies to all such updates unless a separate agreement is provided with them.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the software and its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowallet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software or its content.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
