1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Diet.AI or any of its optional modules, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Diet.AI is a digital nutrition application. The Recipe Pack for Weekend Substitutions is an optional premium content module delivered inside the Diet.AI app interface. All modules are digital deliverables; no physical product is shipped.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Optional Upgrades

Optional upgrades, such as the Recipe Pack for Weekend Substitutions, are offered as one-time purchases at the price displayed at the moment of the offer. Declining an optional upgrade does not affect your access to the product you already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content made available through Diet.AI, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, text, images, and materials available through Diet.AI and its modules are owned by Infowallet LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use, not ownership.

7. No Medical or Professional Advice

Diet.AI and its content modules are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowallet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
